25 Years of Web Design and Development Experience

I'm a web designer and developer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Since 1998, I've been crafting creative and functional websites that help my clients achieve their goals.

Prior to starting Rediron, I spent time across a range of tech and marketing organizations, ranging from small boutique creative agencies, to project managing a team at a 100+ million dollar agency. I spent a couple of years managing web projects with an in-house marketing department, and have consulted with countless other traditional, and web agencies over the years. I'm a halfway decent PHP developer, WordPress and Adobe suite expert, as well as a hosting guru. Outside of my web experience, I've also spent time working in a small traditional ad agency, where I honed my skills in logo design and copywriting. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the importance of a strong brand identity and a well-executed marketing plan.

I started professionally as a developer in 1997 at the age of 16. I'm passionate about design, strategy and technology, and as such, I've earned degrees in advertising, art, communications, and an MBA to broaden my skill set. I believe that a great website isn't just about aesthetics; it's also about usability, strategy, functionality, and performance. That's why I take a holistic approach to every project, ensuring that each aspect of the site is optimized to deliver results.

When I'm not building websites, I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering as a Boy Scout leader, and coaching mountain biking. I'm also a somewhat decent portrait painter and illustrator, which I believe helps me bring a unique perspective to my design work.
